  • We start with a trimmed, lean pork loin roast, and season it with Joyful Lynn's Gourmet Rub, then wrap it in a woven mat of thick cut Schinkel's Legacy Bacon. Great for the Oven, BBQ, smoker or Traeger.
  • We take our already amazing Beef Tenderloin, and wrap it in thick cut Schinkel's Legacy bacon. Take your special occasion to the next level.
  • We take a thick cut pork chop, wrap it in thick cut bacon, and then season it with an Orange Maple Seasoning. All you need to do is grill on medium heat until the internal temperature is 140F (about 30-40 minutes).
  • 30 minutes or less:

    Leftovers? No problem. Bahmi seasoning packets take any leftovers you have and turn them into something wonderful.

    1. Soak the contents of the bahmi package in hot water
    2. Chop up whatever meat you have on hand
    3. Saute any veggies still in the fridge
    4. Mix it altogether with cooked noodles
    5. Add Ketjap (Sweet Soy Sauce) and Sambal (Hot Peppers) to taste.
    6. Enjoy! Option: chop up fried egg and mix in, too!

    Schinkels' Tender Beef Strips are another easy way to get dinner started. Have some handy for any day you need a tasty dinner option. With a bit of chopping and dicing, and some simmer time, this meal might take a bit of time, but it still certainly falls into my easy category.

  • A Family Tradition Since 1902

    The Cahill family have been farming the lush green pasturelands of Newcastle West in Co. Limerick since 1902. We are one of the oldest artisanal cheese making families in Ireland using time-honoured methods and recipes passed down through the years to create our outstanding speciality cheddar cheese, matured to perfection. Today we employ a small, skilled team of 20 people overseen by the fourth generation of the Cahill family marrying our traditional skills and old recipes with modern technology.
    We only use 100% natural, locally sourced ingredients with our cheddar being made using pasteurized milk from grass-fed cows.
    Our cheese has won recognition from around the globe having won a Gold Star from the Guild of Fine Foods and Silver at both the Great Taste Awards and the Mondial du Fromage.

    How it all Began

    It started in 1984, when Savo Vuckovic began making Cevapi for his family in the former Yugoslavia. Years later, after immigrating to Canada he worked as a butcher, but always dreamed of doing more. In 2004 he purchased Marina’s Deli in Windsor, Ontario, and this enabled him to share his Cevapi with everyone. A family owned and operated business, he and his sons began making Cevapi for their customers and they quickly became “everyone’s favourite Cevapi”. With our Cevapi being enjoyed locally, we wanted others outside Windsor to experience our family recipe. Branded under The Butcher’s Grill Cevapi, you can find our Cevapi at Schinkels' Meat Market

    Schinkels' Chicken Bits are the easiest way to get dinner started. Have some defrosted for any day you need a fast dinner option. For a quick prep meal, simply cut the top, dump into a skillet with oil and cook through. Then, just add some veggies and a simmer sauce, and serve over cooked rice or noodles. Easy and Delicious. And Easy.
