    How it all Began

    It started in 1984, when Savo Vuckovic began making Cevapi for his family in the former Yugoslavia. Years later, after immigrating to Canada he worked as a butcher, but always dreamed of doing more. In 2004 he purchased Marina’s Deli in Windsor, Ontario, and this enabled him to share his Cevapi with everyone. A family owned and operated business, he and his sons began making Cevapi for their customers and they quickly became “everyone’s favourite Cevapi”. With our Cevapi being enjoyed locally, we wanted others outside Windsor to experience our family recipe. Branded under The Butcher’s Grill Cevapi, you can find our Cevapi at Schinkels' Meat Market

  • A Family Tradition Since 1902

    The Cahill family have been farming the lush green pasturelands of Newcastle West in Co. Limerick since 1902. We are one of the oldest artisanal cheese making families in Ireland using time-honoured methods and recipes passed down through the years to create our outstanding speciality cheddar cheese, matured to perfection. Today we employ a small, skilled team of 20 people overseen by the fourth generation of the Cahill family marrying our traditional skills and old recipes with modern technology.
    We only use 100% natural, locally sourced ingredients with our cheddar being made using pasteurized milk from grass-fed cows.
    Our cheese has won recognition from around the globe having won a Gold Star from the Guild of Fine Foods and Silver at both the Great Taste Awards and the Mondial du Fromage.

  • We make it so Easy and Delicious for you with our ready made Stir Fry Vegetable mixture. 9 Veggies already cut up and ready for you to sauté with what ever meat you like for the easiest stir fry ever. Available "Dry" or Marinated with a creamy Italian dressing.  
  • Chunks of cured hams are blended with fine cuts of pork and mixed with a rich spice blend, highlighted with cracked peppercorn and a strong garlic flavour. This is stuffed into a natural hog casing, linked, then smoked and fully cooked.

  • An Easter favourite, but available year round. We take a boneless Black Forest Ham, slice it all the way through, tie it back up again, and dip it three times in a store made honey glaze. It's finished off with a ring or two of pineapple and ready for you to simply heat and serve. Schinkels' once again, making things Easy and Delicious. And Easy.

  • We have a number of recipes that we will stuff portobello mushrooms with. Sometimes it's Spinach Feta Italian Sausage, sometimes it's Fiesta Quinoa with black beans and corn, sometimes it's Jalepeno Cheddar Sausage. It's always Easy and Delicious. And Easy.

  • We start with a trimmed, lean pork loin roast, and season it with Joyful Lynn's Gourmet Rub, then wrap it in a woven mat of thick cut Schinkel's Legacy Bacon. Great for the Oven, BBQ, smoker or Traeger.

  • Schneiders Deli Best® Dry Cured Cervelat Sausage

    This is a classic mountain sausage from Switzerland. It’s subtly spiced with coriander and white pepper. Its lovely flower-like shape comes from the netted bag in which the ground pork is stuffed and hung by hand. A really great addition to any charcuterie board.
