  • Fresh Portobello mushrooms stuffed with a mixture of Italian sausage, Schinkels' Legacy Bacon, Feta Cheese, Spinach and a bread stuffing. Gluten Free option available if pre-ordered.
  • We have a number of recipes that we will stuff portobello mushrooms with. Sometimes it's Spinach Feta Italian Sausage, sometimes it's Fiesta Quinoa with black beans and corn, sometimes it's Jalepeno Cheddar Sausage. It's always Easy and Delicious. And Easy.
  • Made in store with ground beef, veggies and creamy mashed potatoes. Fully cooked, just reheat and serve.
  • Slow baked pork shoulder, shredded and pulled in a smokey bbq sauce. We also tend to add this to deliciousness to other products. Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese, Pulled Pork Mashed Potatoes and Pulled Pork Sandwiches are also available from time to time.

  •   Made in store with real cheese, cream and tender elbow noodles and then topped with more cheese.
  • Made in store the old fashioned way - layers of noodles, beef, sauce and cheese. 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on size. Available in 1 lb, 2 lb and 4 lb containers.
  • Oma still makes these almost every week in store with fresh cabbage, a beef/pork/rice mixture that is seasoned just right. Pre-cooked, just heat and serve.
