Pulled Pork


4 lb pork shoulder roast (butt roast)
1 cup favourite BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, crushed
(1 tbsp chili powder)
Blak’s onion or egg buns
sweet or dill pickles
thin sliced red peppers


Place Pork Roast in slow cooker. Mix together BBQ Sauce, vinegar, broth, sugar, mustard, and worcestershire and pour over top roast. Lay onions and garlic on top of all.

Cover and cook on high until roast shreds easily with fork, about 5 – 6 hours.

Serve over top buns and garnish with pickles and peppers as desired.
