    Schinkels' Tender Beef Strips are another easy way to get dinner started. Have some handy for any day you need a tasty dinner option. With a bit of chopping and dicing, and some simmer time, this meal might take a bit of time, but it still certainly falls into my easy category.

  • 30 minutes or more:

    Easiest Lasagna-style casserole out there. less than 10 minutes prep time, then an hour in the oven. Easy and Delicious strikes again. Simply layer pasta sauce, frozen perogies, pasta sauce, ricotta or cottage cheese, pasta sauce and then more cheese.

  • This is one meal I can be sure every time that there will be no left-overs. Just as easy as any pasta dish, having a bag of frozen ravioli on hand is the key to being ready for that night when time is short, and appetites huge. Andrea's Recipe here

    Sirloin Tip Roast or Sirloin Steak Roast - both make amazing medium rare roasts that can be paired with pasta on nights you have a little time. Use a thermometer to ensure its cooked to your preference. Try a homemade mac and cheese for a gourmet side that goes great with any favourite veggie.

    My Dad made a great stroganoff using beef stew – his recipe is here, and it’s pretty easy and delicious, but it takes a fair bit of chopping and dicing.
