  • A selection of keibassa, sausage, and salamis mixed with slices and cubes of cheese. Your preferences are taken into consideration at time of order. Small serves 10 - 20 $36 Medium serves 20 -30 $55 Large serves 30 - 40 $63 Extra Large serves 40+ $74  
  • Pork Steaks are cut from the shoulder. These grill up wonderfully over higher heat than most pork cuts, and are tender and juicy.
  • Pork Shoulder Roasts are also know as the Butt Roast. They are the low and slow roast, that, when cooked long enough, are tender and pull apart easily with a fork to make the juiciest Pulled Pork.
  • Baby Back Ribs are meatier and thicker than side ribs. "Company Style Ribs"
  • TBQ Style Ribs are cut from the side rib. The skirt and tail have been removed for a neater piece without the cartilage and tough membranes.
  • We take a thick cut pork chop, wrap it in thick cut bacon, and then season it with an Orange Maple Seasoning. All you need to do is grill on medium heat until the internal temperature is 140F (about 30-40 minutes).
  • Beef, Pork, Chicken Kabobs and more. We have more than 15 varieties, rotating frequently in our meat counter year round. Our most popular varieties are also available in boxes of 14 kabobs, wrapped in pairs. We also do Cheese Kabobs, Shrimp Kabobs, Vegetable Kabobs.  
  • Asparagus, wrapped in Provolone, wrapped in Prosciutto, wrapped in a boneless, skinless Chicken Breast, and then lightly breaded. Simply bake or grill at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
  • Schinkels' own Veggie Cream Cheese stuffed in a Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, then wrapped in Schinkel's Legacy Bacon Simply bake or grill at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
  • Schinkels' own 9 Veggie Julienne Mix wrapped in Havarti Cheese, seasoned with dill, then wrapped in a fillet of fresh salmon Simply bake or grill at 350F for 10-15 minutes. Only Available when Fresh Salmon is Available
  • Schinkels' own 9 Veggie Julienne Mix wrapped in Havarti Cheese, seasoned lightly, then wrapped in a fillet of boneless, skinless Chicken Breast Simply bake or grill at 350F for 20-30 minutes.  
  • Schinkels' Burgers are second to none. We make all our burgers in store, using fresh ingredients and seasonings that bring out flavour. Pure Beef Patties are 1/4 lb of 100% Schinkels' Lean Ground Beef. That's it. Simple and Delicious. Hand Pressed Patties are the same 100% Lean Ground Beef, but they are hand pressed into patties about 1/3lb each. The Classic Burger is a gluten free patty made with lean ground beef, onions and light seasonings that are just right. Gourmet Burgers are made with 80% beef and 20% pork for a juicier experience. There's fresh cut onions, crumb and seasonings to give this burger some extra wow value. Monster Size Burgers are thick and juicy with minimal shrinkage.
