🍽 Bite of the Week features Fresh Local TBQ Style Ribs and our made in store Twice Baked Potatoes

👇🏻 Here’s a market fresh meal idea:

Ingredients:

– 1 rack of Schinkels’ TBQ Style Ribs

– 1/2 cup honey

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare the Ribs:

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Season both sides of the ribs with salt and pepper.

3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, and cover them with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5-3 hours until tender.

Make the Honey Glaze:

In a saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Stir and simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the glaze thickens.

Glaze and Finish the Ribs:

1. Once the ribs are done, remove them from the oven and discard the foil. Brush a generous layer of the honey glaze over the ribs, making sure they are coated evenly.

2. Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat. Place the glazed ribs on the grill and cook for another 5-10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are caramelized and slightly crispy.

Heat the Twice Baked Potatoes:

Schinkels’ made-in-store twice baked potatoes are ready for you to heat and serve. Place them in the oven with the ribs for the last 30 min of cooking.

Serve:

Serve the Honey Glazed TBQ Ribs alongside your Twice Baked Potatoes for a mouthwatering meal.
