  • Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp and Salmon Kabobs We make all our Kabobs in store, using fresh ingredients and seasonings that bring out flavour. We have more than 20 different recipes and styles of kabobs that rotate in and out of our fresh counter depending on product availability. Our most popular varieties are available in boxes of 14 in the freezer year round.   • Our Chicken Fingers and Nuggets are made with all white meat. They bake up crispy and delicious from your oven or grill, so no deep fryer is needed.  
  • We have a number of "Grown Up Fish Sticks" These boneless, skinless fish fillets are lightly crusted with interesting and tasty combinations. Coconut Crusted Tilapia and Potato Crusted Cod are shown here:    
  • The same crust we use for our Gluten Free Sausage, Bacon and Onion Pizza. Simply thaw, top, bake and enjoy. The options are limitless.      
  • Deli Potato Wedges are seasoned and bake up with a crisp outside and a soft inside. Seasoned Diced Potatoes are great as a simple side, as an amazing topper to a casserole, or fried up with eggs and ham. Bake or Grill for best results  
  • Straight fries, curly fries, seasoned fries, sweet potato fries, waffle fries. You name it, we probably have it.  
  • Pre-cooked and available sliced or by the piece.
  • Fresh in the counter or frozen in the freezer department as the availability allows
  • Pre-cooked - just heat and serve. Great on the grill, or diced into salads.
  • Made in store, Legacy wieners are sandwiched between two lean ground beef patties with cheese and woven with bacon. Great on the grill - medium heat for 34-45 minutes. Do not flip. Please note that every grill is different, know your grill, know your hot spots, and adjust timing as needed  
  • Ground fresh daily in store. Add to ground beef for a tastier, juicier burger, meatball, loaf or casserole.
