Schneiders Deli Best® Dry Cured Cervelat Sausage
This is a classic mountain sausage from Switzerland. It’s subtly spiced with coriander and white pepper. Its lovely flower-like shape comes from the netted bag in which the ground pork is stuffed and hung by hand. A really great addition to any charcuterie board. -
Inspired by the lush greenery of beautiful Snowdonia in North Wales, Snowdonia uses fresh ingredients to craft natural, premium Cheddar and Red Leicester cheeses that married an extraordinary depth of flavour with a remarkable creaminess.
