Classic Baked Chicken Wings with Garlic Parmesan

🍽 Bite of the Week features Fresh Ontario Jumbo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

– 10 Jumbo Chicken Wings (split tips removed)

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– Salt and black pepper, to taste

– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

– 2 tbsp butter, melted

– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Toss them in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

5. In a small bowl, melt butter and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.

6. Once the wings are baked, drizzle them with the Parmesan butter mixture, tossing to coat.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
