Bami Goreng with Noodles, Diced Pork and Stir-Fried Vegetables

🍜 Bami Goreng with Noodles, Diced Pork and Stir-Fried Vegetables!

Ingredients:

– 250g mie noodles

– 250g diced pork (or chicken)

– 2 tbs Conimex Wok Oil/vegetable oil

– 450g finely chopped mixed vegetables (e.g. onion, carrot, leek)

– 50g cubed ham

Directions:

1. Break the noodles in a few pieces.

2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

3. Drain off, rinse with cold water.

4. Soak the contents of this bag in 100 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes.

5. Heat 2 spoons of wok oil in a wok.

6. Stir-fry the meat. Add the mix for Bami Goreng.

7. Then add the fresh vegetables and stir fry them for 2 minutes.

8. Finally, add the ham cubes and the drained noodles and heat through while constantly stirring.
