Tortellini Soup


2 packages Tortellini
4 fresh sausages (my preference is Chorizo, has some heat)
1 Red onion
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 box Chicken Broth
1/2 bottle White Wine
500ml 35% Cream


Cook Tortellini as per package directions

Remove casings from sausages, and cook with onions, garlic and wine until cooked through and the onions are softened.

Add Chicken Broth and cooked tortellini and simmer for 20 minutes

Slowly add cream and stir well, Bringing back to a simmer.
