Spicy TBQ Style Ribs with Sweet Potato Fries and Coleslaw

Ingredients:
– 2 racks of TBQ Style Ribs
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 4 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 cup shredded cabbage
– 1/2 cup shredded carrots
– 1/4 cup mayo
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium/low heat. Season the ribs with chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 hours, brushing with BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes.
2. For the fries, toss sweet potato strips in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3. For the coleslaw, combine shredded cabbage and carrots with mayo, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Toss to combine and refrigerate.
4. Serve the spicy TBQ Style Ribs with crispy sweet potato fries and a side of refreshing coleslaw.
