Over the top Chili – Greg just cooked his regular chili recipe on the Traeger without meat and had an enormous seasoned meat ball smoking above it the whole time. Then, when the instant read thermometer said it was done, he crumbled up the beef into the chili and served it up with thick cut homemade bread and butter.
