Pizza Burgers with Crispy Truffle Parmesan Fries

Ingredients (Serves 4):

For the Burgers:

– 4 Schinkels’ Quarter Pounder Beef Burger patties

– 4 burger buns (brioche or your favourite)

– 1 cup pizza sauce

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 16 slices pepperoni

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Optional toppings: sautéed onions, mushrooms, or banana peppers

For the Crispy Truffle Parmesan Fries:

– 1 bag frozen French fries (or 4 fresh potatoes, cut into fries)

– 2 tbsp truffle oil

– ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

– Salt, to taste

Directions

Cook the Fries

1. Bake or air fry the fries until golden and crispy, according to package directions.

2. While hot, toss with truffle oil, Parmesan, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Keep warm.

Cook the Burgers

1. Grill or pan-sear the burger patties over medium-high heat until they reach your desired doneness (about 4–5 minutes per side for medium).

2. Top each patty with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices. Cover the pan or grill for 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts.

Assemble the Burgers

1. Toast the burger buns lightly.

2. Layer the patties on the buns and add extra pizza sauce or toppings like sautéed mushrooms or onions if desired.

Serve & Enjoy – Plate the burgers with a generous side of crispy truffle Parmesan fries. Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley for a restaurant-style finish.
